Hi! I am a fourth-year PhD student in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, where I am fortunate to be advised by Aditi Raghunathan. Before starting my PhD, I completed my MS degree also at CMU. Prior to CMU, I was an undergrad in linguistics at Tsinghua University.   I was born and raised in Nanjing, China.

I am interested in model training for self-improvement, continual learning, and reasoning.
My research focuses on improving how language models explore (e.g., generating diverse and novel solutions^1,2) and learn from exploration (e.g., obtaining reliable feedback on challenging problems³, integrating new experiences without forgetting⁴).
